# The Map

The LAND grows through a simple map:

**Roots → Mission → Crops → FAMILY → Future Literacy Layer (Web3 & AI) → Real-World and Digital Programs**

This map is not a rigid corporate chart.

It is a living way to understand how BANANOW grows.

## 1. Roots

The Roots are the first seeds, memories, experiments, stories, and earlier seasons that shaped BANANOW.

Some roots are visible.

Some roots stay under the soil.

But every healthy LAND needs roots before it can grow new Crops.

The Earlier Crops belong here too. They may be quiet now, but they still feed the soil.

## 2. Mission

BANANOW grows through three mission pillars:

* **Playing**
* **Learning**
* **Working**

Playing keeps the LAND curious.

Learning keeps the LAND awake.

Working keeps the LAND useful.

Together, they protect BANANOW from becoming only entertainment, only education, only technology, or only business.

BANANOW needs all three.

## 3. Crops

Crops are BANANOW’s brands, programs, media, tools, and experiments.

Some Crops are Future Proof Crops.

Some Crops are Earlier Crops.

Some may grow loudly.

Some may stay quiet in the soil.

Some may return in a new form.

The Crops are how BANANOW turns its mission into visible activity.

## 4. FAMILY

The FAMILY is the human layer of BANANOW.

It includes:

* **Sprouts** — newcomers and curious visitors.
* **Lovers** — active supporters and warm community members.
* **Heads** — BANANOW NFT holders and Web3 identity participants.
* **Farmers** — caretakers and operators of the LAND.

These roles are participation signals, not a rigid hierarchy.

People may enter, move, rest, return, help, learn, or grow in different ways.

## 5. Future Literacy Layer (Web3 & AI)

BANANOW does not only play, learn, and work around blockchain.

BANANOW also plays, learns, and works around AI.

That is why the LAND uses the term **Future Literacy Layer (Web3 & AI)**.

This layer has three connected parts:

### AI Literacy

AI helps people think, create, process, learn, assist, and care.

In BANANOW, AI is not treated as a replacement for humans.

AI is treated as a tool that can support creativity, education, family care, writing, reflection, organization, and everyday learning when used responsibly.

### Web3 Literacy

Web3 and blockchain help people verify, own, record, coordinate, and decentralize participation.

In BANANOW, Web3 is not treated as a shortcut to profit.

Web3 is treated as a way to understand wallets, NFTs, digital identity, on-chain memory, ownership signals, transparent records, and community participation.

### Human Literacy

Technology needs soil.

Human literacy keeps BANANOW grounded in care, dignity, creativity, responsibility, family, and real-world usefulness.

Without human literacy, AI becomes noise.

Without human literacy, Web3 becomes hype.

BANANOW keeps the banana in the hand, not just on the chain.

## 6. Real-World and Digital Programs

The LAND grows in both the 0101 Universe and the Universe of Reality.

In the 0101 Universe, BANANOW can grow through websites, media, articles, AI tools, NFTs, wallets, communities, and digital records.

In the Universe of Reality, BANANOW can grow through classes, events, sports, family programs, creative production, and community activities.

The goal is not to escape reality.

The goal is to let both universes help each other.

## 7. Funding and Treasury Principle

The Green Print does not define tokenomics, revenue promises, profit share, financial returns, or guaranteed NFT utility.

Any future financial mechanism, marketplace activity, treasury structure, or reward system must be communicated clearly through official channels when it exists and is ready.

For now, the principle is simple:

BANANOW should grow carefully.

Resources should be handled responsibly.

The LAND should stay playful without becoming careless.
